Wayne A. McCombs – Retired SAPD
Wayne was born January 9, 1945 in Cotulla, TX went home to be with our Lord at age 75 on Sunday, May 10, 2020 at home in Buchanan Dam, TX.
He was surrounded by the love of his life (Susie) Sue J. McCombs and family. Wayne retired from the San Antonio Police Department in 1993 after 28 years of dedicated service.
