Subject: Retired Officer ROBERT KATZ
Mrs. MARILYN KATZ informed me that ROBERT had fallen and broken his right arm.
He went to the ER and they sent him to an orthopedic surgeon.
She said the orthopedic surgeon said the right arm was broken close to the shoulder socket and due to all of his other medical problems they would not do surgery. They placed his right arm in a sling and sent him home to rest.
