Subject: John Patmor
Guys,
I went to visit John this afternoon. He has a severe Staph Infection. He went to the Doctor this past Thursday for a shot in regards to his Hip Replacement.
Apparently this is where the Staph Infection developed.
After Golf on Friday, and returning home, his legs and hip started hurting him pretty badly.
On Saturday morning, he could not get out of bed. He literally got on the floor, found his phone and called EMS. He crawled to the front door and was there when they arrived.
They picked him up, in that state, and took him to the Emergency room at the Medical Center Methodist. Tests revealed the Staph Infection. He's in a lot of pain and still can't move his legs. He's going to be there awhile, or at least, until the Infection is cleared up. He's in room 4011 in the Central Tower.
If you decide to visit, you will have to put on the gloves and gown while in his room. He gets tired pretty quickly so I didn't stay long. Just wanted him to know we were thinking of him. He appreciates any Prayers offered for his recovery.
He's a " Tuff Old Bird " and I expect to see him back in couple of weeks.
