Don Kelley is a retired SAPD Detective who is battling stage 4 rectal colon cancer since 2013.
Don is currently in remission but 2021 hasn't been a good year.
Don has gone through several sessions of chemotherapy and had several surgeries.
Medical bills are through the roof and only getting worse.
