In December you will be getting your new PBM identification card. On December 31st, discard the old card and start using the new card on January 1st. Be sure to tell your doctor that you now have a new PBM.
The name of the new company is WELL / DYNE.
Members not attending the Seminar should have gotten get their packets by mail. Be sure to sign and fill in the required information on the claims form. Mail the claims form.
Members, your benefits will not be paid unless your 2017 claims form is on file at the Health Fund.
The Fund Board is actively pursuing the opening of a second clinic. We are looking at four locations on the South East side. We hope to have the clinic in operation by February or at least no later than March.
