On the End of Watch Anniversary of SAPD Fallen Officers, Cadets conduct a remembrance flag raising at the Memorial Wall. Selected cadet calls out the E.O.W.
(End of Watch) and Name of the Officer(s) being honored that morning.
Flags remain at half-staff during operational hours throughout the day.
All Officers, SAPD Survivors, Families and Friends are invited to attend.
