* Adrian (Wendy) Miller has had his cancer return.
I received this message from his wife Laurie.

 Windy's cancer returned and he is under home hospice care.
We appreciate all prayers as he fights this horrible disease.

Subject: Retired Officer Charlie Porter in Hospital
Retired Officer Charlie Porter was in the NE Baptist Hospital with pneumonia.
After tests , it was discovered that he did NOT have any circulation in his left foot. They had to amputate all his toes.
There will be at least 6 weeks of Rehab to learn how to walk on his own again.
As for as visitors, it is unknown at this time. Will update as info comes in.
Please keep Charlie and his family in your prayers.

I know ... your first thought is another email, OR that guy is certainly cheap, which both are true, but the day of sending out Christmas cards ended for me several years ago.

But, my heart is pure and I sincerely want to wish you a very Merry Christmas surrounded with people you care deeply about, and I hope your New Year brings with it the type of events that cause you to have good memories of them for not only 2019, but in the coming years.

A gift I always enjoy is being able to say I know you and that you have entered my life in some positive manner and that , has stayed in my memories. Thank you for sharing that gift with me.
