The Pensioners’ Association was held on Tuesday, October 13 at 1:30 p.m., via the software application called Zoom.
Notice is hereby given that the bylaws are amended as follows:
Amend ARTICLE VI – Meetings
Add: Section 4. Regular or special meetings may be held electronically by teleconference, audio conference, video conference or through other electronic communications media, as long as all members may simultaneously hear each other and participate during the meeting.
NOTE: According to our bylaws, “These bylaws may be amended by the membership by a two-thirds vote at the regular meeting (Oct 13, 2020) where notice was given at the previous (September 08, 2020) meeting.”
