Subject: Update on Our Grandson McCoy Shadrock
First off, thank all of you for your constant prayers and inquiries concerning our Grandson's FIGHT with cancer. He is presently starting another 5 day treatment with Chemo. We did get an Update from the Doctor. The TUMOR has shrunk to half its' original size.
After this particular cycle, he will go to MD Anderson in Houston to see if any surgery is required.
Your Prayers are much appreciated. We Love all of you.

Ralph “Guero” Romero (Old Lupita’s Café on Navarro St)
Ralph passed away on Monday, Nov 11, 2019. Many of the old timers were regulars at the Café.

Ralph was a great supporter of our Police community.
Many hours studying for promotional exams and just getting out of the heat and cold weather were spent at the Café.

Would like to see if anyone has contact information for former officer (1970-80's) Calvin "Gene" Wilkerson.
He worked with us on the east side for a while then went to the dispatcher's office. I don't think he retired and have not heard anything about him in decades.

SAPOA Christmas Dance – SOLD OUT
 
The annual San Antonio Police Officers’ Association Christmas Dance will be held Saturday, December 21, 2019  at the Alzafar Shrine Auditorium,
located at 901 N. Loop 1604 E., SA, TX 78232.
Doors open at 6:00 pm, and dinner will be served from 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm.
 
Music will be provided by Finding Friday, DJ Chez, Louis Shati y Su Orquesta and Randy Rogers Band.
Tickets for active and retired SAPOA members are on sale now
 
Tickets are all sold for the dance. All tickets were bought by Members and Retiree’s. NO guest tickets available.
Please note, there is only be a limited number of tickets due to fire code restrictions.
