John “Rocky” Riojas Basketball Tournament
 
The annual John “Rocky” Riojas Basketball tournament has been scheduled for Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Brooks Collegiate Academy, 4802 Vance Jackson, SATX 78230.
Anyone interested in entering a team for the tournament must submit an Interoffice Memo or e-mail to Detective Carlos Ancira (CPD/207-8224).
 
Team rosters will be limited to fifteen (15) players each. Any team not submitting an Interoffice Memo or e-mail will not be able to participate in the tournament.
All entries must be received by March 9, 2020.
 
A team coach or team representative must attend a mandatory coaches meeting on Wednesday, March 12, 2020, at 1530 hours at the Central Substation Conference Room.
 
Any outside law enforcement / Fire agencies wishing to participate in this tournament will be required to pay an entry fee of $200.00

Awards presented will be for Good Conduct, Citizen Merit, Certificate of Appreciation, Certificate of Merit, Customer Service, Purple Heart,
Officer of the Year, Detective of the Year, Sergeant of the Year, Meritorious Conduct, Distinguished Service, and Life Saving Award
